Honestly, it depends on the scope. A straightforward commercial renovation might take 6-9 months from concept to completion, while a full ground-up build could stretch 18-24 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you're working with.

Absolutely. We've handled projects across Ontario and beyond. For larger projects outside the GTA, we're definitely game. Distance isn't really a barrier anymore with today's tech, though we do like visiting sites in person when it makes sense.

First meeting's pretty relaxed - we'll chat about your goals, look at your site or existing space, discuss budget realities, and figure out if we're a good fit. No charge for this initial conversation. We want to make sure we can actually deliver what you're after before anyone signs anything.

It's baked into everything we do now. We look at energy efficiency, material sourcing, lifecycle costs, and environmental impact from day one. Sometimes sustainable choices cost more upfront but save money long-term. We'll walk you through the options and let you decide what works for your project and values.
